The Advocates for Human Rights
(The Advocates, or AHR) appreciates the opportunity to comment on the Interim Final Rule (IFR) for T nonimmigrant status. In this unique situation, we have
had several years to witness the impacts of the rule. It is an ideal moment to
reflect on the pros and cons of each section with an eye toward finalizing a
rule that serves the greatest good for preventing trafficking and supporting
survivors.
